Deer Valley Lodge is the perfect place to have your next business meeting.  With 2,500 square feet of Meeting Room space--including an Executive Board Room with a private bathroom, our Meeting Rooms will accommodate groups of all sizes.  Our Meeting Rooms will allow you to tailor your presentation to suit any format, from a speech to a power-point presentation.  We also offer a wide variety of menu options from a formal dinner menu to Hors d' Oeuvres. The Deer Valley Lodge can handle all your catering needs.  We also offer Meeting & Golf events.

Our Meeting Rooms are the perfect solution for groups needing a private gathering "space".  There is convenient access to the rooms above, and the adjacent pub is "just right" for breaks and winding down.  We also offer A/V and public speaking equipment.  The facility is everything a group needs for a successful event.

Click for Board Room Diagram	The Executive Board Room comes with a private bathroom, a stone fireplace, television, a leather couch, and a pair of leather arm chairs.  The board room is located next to the Meeting Rooms just off the elevator.
Click for Meeting Room Diagram	The Meeting Room is flexible enough to fit the needs of your group.  The room can be divided in half for smaller groups, and includes facilities for meals, drinks, public speaking, or A/V presentations.  Our in-house Event Coordinator will accommodate special group requirements and provide expertise to make your group event successful.
